“The wife of disgraced Syracuse University assistant basketball coach Bernie Fine had sex with numerous players over many years, according to an explosive affidavit by one of the ball boys Fine is accused of molesting.

The university fired Fine in late November after ESPN reported that it had an audiotape in which Laurie Fine acknowledged she feared her husband had molested Davis but felt powerless to stop it.
Davis also told ESPN the coach’s wife initiated sex with him when he was a high school senior. The coach has not been charged with any crime because the local prosecutor determined the statute of limitations had run out.
The new affidavit was filed in New York State Supreme Court on Monday by attorney Gloria Allred, who filed a lawsuit last month on behalf of Davis and his stepbrother Michael Lang.
The suit charged that Syracuse coach Jim Boeheim defamed them when he said they lied about being sexually abused by Fine, Boeheim’s longtime assistant….”

Hamptons Laundry Faces Sex Harassment Lawsuit
Jan. 30, 2012A federal agency is suing a Southampton commercial laundry service, claiming the company “created a sexually hostile work environment” for its female employee and then retaliated against them when they complained — in some cases by firing them.
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said Monday it filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Suffolk Laundry Service Inc. primarily because one of its male managers, Rajindra Singh, “over the course of several years . . . regularly touched women on their buttocks, hips, backs, forcibly kissed them and made comments about their appearance and body parts.”
Ami Sanghvi, a trial attorney in the EEOC New York District Office, said the women showed great courage in coming forward to “speak up against a manager who had power over their livelihood.”…

Jan 31, 2012NEW YORK – An American man sued Frito-Lay yesterday, claiming the company misleads consumers with the claim its popular Tostitos and SunChips products are made with “all-natural ingredients”.
In the proposed class-action lawsuit filed in Brooklyn federal court, plaintiff Chris Shake said the snacks actually contain corn and oils made from genetically engineered plants. Mr Shake said he shelled out an additional 10 cents per ounce of chips to buy the allegedly “all-natural” Tostitos and SunChips instead of a product such as Doritos, which makes no such claim.
