Here is an absolutely crazy video demonstrating an “insane” person. I don’t agree with the author’s suggestion of filing a lawsuit against psychiatrists forcing them to “heal” patients. This is not really possible. Just ignore the poor morals thingey. Such a sweeping generalization about morals does not do the subject justice. Don’t know where that is coming from.
This Q & A with Assistant Attorney General Thomas Perez and local media is as historical as the lawsuit against Arpaio. Perez takes on all of Arpaio’s allegations that this is political and offers facts and figures that Arpaio, Bill Montgomery and Arpaio’s Attorneys also have but prefer hiding from the media and the public. Only once in the history of the Department’s civil rights devision has anything come close and that was settled.
Compare this to what Arpaio is telling the media and there is no question Arpaio’s ego and spite will force the Federal Government to withhold all federal money to Maricopa County. Why is Arpaio so afraid of an independent monitor? I could list several.
Perez explains how County government agrees to certain terms when they are given federal money. Maricopa County needs that money more than they need Arpaio.
Perez also explains the very real possibility of the DOJ joining in the current Melendres vs. Arpaio lawsuit which is scheduled for trial July 18 and 19. Arpaio has already been caught destroying evidence in that lawsuit and indications are that this could be interesting as this case also started way before Obama and it is Arpaio that dragged it out this long and its not a case brought by the DOJ.

The Navajo Nation filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico in February against Urban Outfitters of the use of the Navajo name on clothing. The Navajo Nation cited trademark violations and unfair competition in the use of the Navajo name and trademark of its popular clothing and fashion items. Some of the controversial items in the Navajo line included panties and a liquor flask.
The Urban Outfitters’ “Navajo” line controversy began with an open letter to Glen Senk, CEO of Urban Outfitters., by Sasha Houston Brown of the Dakota/Santee Sioux Nation, in the blog Racialicious back on October 2011. Brown criticized the company for its “cultural appropriation” of the Navajo name all in the name of fashion.
While the controversy has made headlines since last fall, many students and staff throughout the University of New Mexico campus weren’t fully aware of the issue. Dawn of Nations Today reporters, Mandy G. Hernandez and Alicia Frank Haviland, spoke with Ben Begaye who is a 35-year-old facilities manager for the University’s Student Union Building, Malory Johnson who is a 24-year-old senior majoring in environmental science, Sheridan Thompson who is a 21-year-old junior majoring in psychology and pre-med, Sarah Vangorden who is a 20-year-old pre-med junior, Richard Gambino who is a 55-year-old math instructor and Anastacia Pegues who is a 19-year-old freshman majoring in mechanical engineering.
